The TW-3130 series automatic dosing control device has a simple structure, easy operation, low interference, and wide applicability. According to specific requirements, different detection instruments can be equipped and widely used for water dosing treatment in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, and metallurgy. It is also suitable for chemical treatment of water used in industries such as domestic water, bathhouses, swimming pools, etc. Conventional PID regulation and special law fuzzy regulation control can be achieved for control parameters. Compared with DC speed control systems, it greatly reduces maintenance costs.

1、 According to different control methods, it can be divided into dual pump single control dosing system, three pump dual control combined dosing system, neutralization tank automatic control system, etc.
1. Dual pump single control dosing system
It consists of a measuring box, two measuring pumps (one in use and one backup), an AC variable frequency automatic dosing control system, connecting pipelines, valves, unit bases, etc. The AC variable frequency automatic dosing control system mainly consists of a frequency converter, an intelligent regulator, and auxiliary electrical components.
2. Three pump dual control combined dosing system
It consists of two measuring boxes, three measuring pumps (two in use and one backup), two sets of AC variable frequency automatic dosing control systems, connecting pipelines, valves, unit bases, etc. The AC variable frequency automatic dosing control system mainly consists of a frequency converter, an intelligent regulator, and auxiliary electrical components.
3. Neutralization pool discharge automatic control system
This device is used in thermal power plants and large water purification workshops to solve the problem of wastewater discharge from neutralization tanks during the regeneration of cation and anion exchangers. The pH value detection, dosing adjustment, and discharge process of wastewater discharge are all carried out automatically. Traditional designs usually come equipped with acid and alkali pumps. When the pH value is not up to standard, the acid or alkali pump is manually started to add chemicals to adjust the pH value, as human uncertainties make it difficult for the discharge system to meet standards and operate. This device adopts a dual pump single control mode to automatically adjust the pH value of the effluent from the neutralization tank. When the effluent meets the discharge standards, it is directly discharged; When the effluent does not meet the discharge standards, according to the feedback signal from the pH meter, start the acid or alkali pump, adjust the pH value, and discharge the effluent after the pH value meets the requirements.
According to the aforementioned control methods and user requirements, it can be designed to meet different dosing control systems.

2、 Main dosing devices suitable for power plants
The currently applicable dosing devices mainly include TW-3131 series automatic ammonia dosing system for water supply, TW-3132 series automatic ammonia dosing system for water supply, TW-3133 series automatic phosphate dosing coordinated control system, etc.
The unit combination form of the dosing device mainly depends on the capacity of the unit, the configuration of the boiler (shared by two boilers or single boiler, etc.), the level of automation (automatic or manual control), and the selection of the type of dosing pump (AC or DC motor, imported or domestic pump). It can be flexibly combined into various forms of units and installed on a base. This factory produced complete set of devices greatly reduces the workload of design and on-site installation, providing reliable guarantees for the quality, safety, and on-site operation of the whole machine.
The components of the unit combination device are mainly divided into several forms such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and carbon steel lining rubber, depending on the user's needs.

1. Introduction to TW-3131 Automatic Ammonia Addition System for Water Supply

In addition to manual preparation, the configuration of ammonia solution can also be automatically controlled. "When the solution tank is also low to the set value, the condensate inlet solenoid valve will automatically open and close when the high liquid level is reached." Install a conductivity meter on the outlet pipeline of the solution tank to measure the value and control the opening of the ammonia inlet valve. When the concentration reaches 2%, which is equivalent to a conductivity value of 450 μ s/cm, the ammonia inlet valve will automatically close to complete the dispensing process.
In addition to manual control, the control of ammonia dosage can also be automatic. Based on the sampling signal of the water conductivity (or pH value) and the output processed by the microcomputer, the ammonia dosage of the ammonia pump is controlled to achieve the purpose of automatic dosing.

2. Introduction to TW-3132 Water Supply Hydrazine System

The preparation of hydrazine solution is obtained by adding hydrazine into the solution tank and mixing and stirring it with condensed water using a hand pump or an electric pump.
In addition to manual control, the control of the amount of ammonia added can also be automatic: based on the sampling signal of the feedwater ammonia meter and the output processed by the microcomputer, the amount of ammonia added to the ammonia pump is controlled to achieve the purpose of automatic dosing.
In some designs, traditional Chinese medicine formulations are changed to dimethyl ketoxime, with the same device form. Just set the sampling signal for automatic control as the pH value of the feedwater.


3. Introduction to TW-3133 Water Phosphate System

In addition to the direct addition of trisodium phosphate to the solution tank for stirring as shown in the system diagram, the configuration of phosphate solution can also be achieved by setting up a separate 4m3 solution tank, circulating and stirring it through an infusion pump, and then entering the solution tank.
In addition to manual control, the amount of phosphate added can also be automatically controlled: based on the sampling signal of the boiler water phosphate meter and the output after comprehensive processing by the microcomputer, the amount of phosphate added to the pump is controlled to achieve the purpose of automatic dosing.
